The early years of education matter. They are the foundation for how children learn, grow, and begin to see themselves as learners. At Quantum Academy, we intentionally keep our learning community small so that each child has room to question, create, discover, and grow.
Choosing a school is one of the most important decisions a family makes. Quantum Academy offers a project-based learning environment where curiosity is encouraged, individual strengths are recognized, and strong academic foundations are built from the very beginning.
Our admissions process is designed to be personal and purposeful. It gives us the opportunity to get to know each prospective student and family while giving you the opportunity to discover whether Quantum Academy is the right educational home for your child.

Quantum Academy welcomes families seeking a different kind of educational experience for their child—one that values curiosity, strong academics, creativity, and meaningful learning.
Our opening program will serve students in Kindergarten and First Grade within a small learning community designed to give children the attention, encouragement, and opportunities they need to grow. We recognize that children enter school with different strengths, interests, experiences, and ways of learning, and we believe those differences should be understood and supported.
Finding the right school is a two-way decision. During the admissions process, we want to learn about your child—their strengths, interests, needs, and personality—while giving your family the opportunity to learn about our educational approach, expectations, and school community.

The Admissions Process
We want the path to Quantum Academy to feel clear, personal, and welcoming. Our admissions process gives families time to learn about our school while giving us the opportunity to get to know each prospective student.
1. Begin With an Inquiry
Tell us a little about your family and your interest in Quantum Academy. We’ll provide additional information and help you determine your next step.
2. Family Conversation
Meet with us for a personal conversation about your child, your educational goals, and what you are looking for in a school. This is also your opportunity to ask questions and learn more about Quantum Academy.
3. Visit Quantum Academy
Experience our learning environment and see where curiosity, academics, and project-based learning come together. We want families to have a clear picture of what being part of Quantum Academy will look like.
4. Submit an Application
When your family is ready to move forward, complete an application and provide the information and documentation needed for admissions consideration.
5. Admissions Decision
Each application is thoughtfully reviewed to determine whether Quantum Academy can provide an educational environment in which the student can be successful and thrive.
6. Complete Enrollment
Families offered admission will receive enrollment information and instructions for securing their child’s place at Quantum Academy.

Before You Apply
Quantum Academy will initially serve students entering Kindergarten and First Grade. Before beginning the application process, families should review the following general admissions considerations.
Grade Placement
Students must meet the applicable age and grade-level requirements for the school year in which they are applying.
Student Records
Families may be asked to provide previous school or preschool records, academic information, or other educational documentation when applicable.
Learning Needs
We ask families to share information that will help us understand and support their child, including relevant learning needs, accommodations, or services the child currently receives.
Family Partnership
A strong partnership between home and school is an important part of the Quantum Academy experience. Families should be willing to support the school’s educational philosophy, expectations, and commitment to their child’s growth.
Additional documentation and enrollment requirements will be provided to families as they move through the admissions process.
Enrollment & Availability
Quantum Academy is intentionally designed as a small learning community. For our opening year, enrollment will be limited to 24 students—12 Kindergarten students and 12 First Grade students.
Keeping our enrollment small allows us to build the kind of learning environment we believe children deserve: one where teachers know their students well, individual strengths are recognized, and children have the space and support to question, create, discover, and grow.
Admissions will remain open as space is available. Because enrollment is limited, families interested in Quantum Academy are encouraged to begin the admissions process early.
Specific application dates, enrollment deadlines, and other important admissions dates will be announced prior to the opening of the admissions cycle.
